I've spent 25 years at the intersection of technology and market — leading go-to-market programs at Microsoft, managing partner ecosystems at HP Enterprise, and driving commercial strategy at Compaq, DEC, and Philips.

I started Raval Consulting because I saw a gap: technology companies with genuinely compelling products that struggled to translate product excellence into market traction. The founders were brilliant. The technology was real. But the path from product to revenue was unclear, the messaging wasn't landing, and the partner channels weren't converting.

That's the work I do. I help technology companies — particularly startups and scaleups — develop and execute go-to-market strategies grounded in how markets actually work, not how we hope they do.
