Information We Collect

Information you provide directly

When you complete our contact or enquiry form, we collect your name, email address, and any message or information you choose to include. When you use the AI Opportunity Assessment Tool, we collect your responses to the assessment questions. No account or identifying information is required to use the tool unless you choose to provide it. When you book a consultation through Microsoft Bookings, we collect your name, email address, and booking details.

Information collected automatically

When you visit our website, certain technical information is collected automatically, including your IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URL, and pages visited. This information is collected through Netlify, our website hosting provider, and is used for analytics and security purposes. Our website may use cookies or similar technologies to support functionality and analytics. You can control cookie settings through your browser preferences at any time.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to respond to your enquiries and communicate with you about our services; to provide and improve the AI Opportunity Assessment Tool and other resources on the site; to schedule and manage consultation bookings; to understand how visitors use our website and improve its content and functionality; to comply with legal obligations; and to protect the security and integrity of our website.

We do not use your personal information for automated decision-making or profiling in a way that produces legal or similarly significant effects. We do not use your information for unsolicited marketing without your express consent.

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services in operating our website. Each may process personal information on our behalf in accordance with their own privacy policies.

Netlify

Website hosting and form processing. Netlify may process contact form submissions and collects server log data. Privacy policy available at netlify.com/privacy.

Formspree

Contact and lead capture form processing. Formspree receives form submission data including name, email address, and message content. Privacy policy available at formspree.io/legal/privacy-policy.

Microsoft Bookings

Consultation scheduling. Booking information is processed through Microsoft's infrastructure under their privacy terms, available at microsoft.com/privacy.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party for marketing purposes.

Data Retention

We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by law. Contact form submissions and enquiry records are retained for up to three years. Booking records are retained in accordance with Microsoft's standard retention practices. Website analytics data is retained in aggregate form and does not identify individual visitors.

Your Rights

Under PIPEDA and applicable Canadian privacy law, you have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you, to request correction of inaccurate information, and to request deletion of your personal information where we have no ongoing legal basis to retain it.

If you are located in the European Union or United Kingdom, you additionally have the right to data portability, the right to object to processing, and the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorised access, loss, or misuse. Our website is hosted on Netlify's secure infrastructure and all data transmission is encrypted via HTTPS.

No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security. We encourage you to contact us promptly if you have any concerns about the security of your information.

Our website and services are intended for business professionals and are not directed at individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a minor, please contact us immediately.
