"I've been in rooms where the strategy was brilliant and the execution fell apart. And rooms where the strategy was mediocre and the execution saved it. Execution wins more often than people think."
Microsoft
I worked first in Microsoft's Corporate Business Development group, then in Data & AI Engineering. In Corporate BD, I developed and applied Build, Buy, or Partner frameworks to guide how the business entered new markets and technology areas. In Data & AI Engineering, I took that further: shaping product strategy from the ground up and building the partner ecosystem for a data platform in parallel with the platform itself, rather than retrofitting GTM after the product shipped.
HP Enterprise
Led go-to-market strategy across a diverse global technology portfolio. I built channel programs from the ground up and developed partner enablement frameworks that drove real revenue through indirect sales across multiple diverse geographies.
Compaq
Drove commercial strategy during one of the most competitive and fast-moving periods in enterprise computing. I developed deep capabilities in market entry and competitive response — lessons that inform every engagement I take on today.
DEC & Philips
Working on the ground in the Middle East, these early career roles provided foundational exposure to global market dynamics. I learned exactly how product strategy, market readiness, and commercial levers must align to drive enterprise adoption.
